Goldstar Training & Service Dog Center provides quality service dogs at an affordable price because we are committed to expanding the world of the physically challenged through the proper training and use of Assistance Dogs.

Recognized by the Nevada Chapter of the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Nevada Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Goldstar is also licensed by and has provided a number of German Shepards to the U.S. Department of Defense.

German Shepards and Rottweilers, a favorite of many, are bred at Goldstar Training & Service Dog Center, and are available as pups and adults. We also train and certify dogs of other breeds. All in-kennel training programs address common canine behavioral and command issues, include worming, inoculation, and microchipping upon request. All dogs, bred and sold are registered with the American Kennel Club and come with a comprehensive written health guarantee. We carry a full line of service and therapy dog supplies, including vitamins and supplements for your dog.

Most importantly, we produce dogs that are ready to provide the kind of assistance required regardless of physical needs including, though not limited to proficiency in: escalator and elevator negotiation, crowd negotiation, picking up and retrieving dropped items, carrying personal effects, and the ability to heel in service alongside electric mobility carts.

Many dog service providers can train your dog, but Goldstar is committed to seeing that both you and your dog are prepared to negotiate life on your terms. This is why we also provide appropriate vests, patches, and ID tags for your dog and informational CD’s for the service dog owner, as well as walking sticks, canine first aid kits and lighted lead or collars useful to those traveling, hunting, camping, or hiking with their dogs.

At Goldstar we not only train Assistance Dogs but provide a support system that follows the health and special needs of the animals we train.
